These cameras have a built-in infrared (IR) port so they work with the remote control.


Use Means:
1. For first use. Please remove the plastic separator at the battery holder.
2. Mount the camera on a tripod or place the camera on a stable, flat surface.
3. Press the button and rotate the main control dial until (delayed remote control) or (quick response remote control) is displayed in the control panel.
4. Aim the transmitter on the remote control at the camera's infrared receiver (usually within +/-30 degrees of the lens axis, from left to right and from top to bottom) and press the shutter button on the remote control (When using the remote control outdoors, make sure the subject is not backlit and the line of sight between the transmitter and the infrared receiver is not blocked by the lens or other obstacles).
5. Camera focus and shooting depend on the selected camera custom setting. For more information, see your camera manual.
6. Infrared cannot be seen by human eyes. So you will not see any visible light from the LED on the front end of the remote control when operating.
7. Please set your camera to Remote Mode before using it.
