Can I return a product?

You can return your product to us within 7 days of receiving your package. You must include our return coupon with your package (please contact us for more details). The product must be in perfect condition and must have its label attached. Upon receipt of your package, we will process your refund request within 15 days. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

Is a product temporarily unavailable?

Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. Please contact us for exact product availability.

What is the average delivery time?

When you place an order on our site, between the processing of the order and its delivery, please allow an average delay of 3 to 10 days depending on stocks and strikes (of the post office). With a maximum delay of 60 days (exceptional case). In case of delay, thank you for your indulgence (We offer free shipping on all our products....).
We ship to all countries listed in the drop-down menu when you place your order. (France, Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.)
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.
