Advice:

1 Use USB only for charging! Do not power the light directly with a USB cable, or it will affect the life of the device!! For USB, use BP-4L batteries (not with AA batteries even rechargeable ones). 
2 Suitable for Sony SLR cameras, but you will need to purchase the appropriate mount. 1/4" standard mount for Canon, Nikon, etc.
