The batteries can be charged while still inside the camera grip using the camera body's USB port. The VG-C4EM camera grip features a dust- and moisture-resistant magnesium alloy construction similar to that of the Alpha. Comfortably operate the Sony Alpha with the VG-C4EM vertical grip.
